The Friends of the Library will be presenting facsimiles of medieval versions of the Hebrew Bible and the Qur’an to Dr Richard Alway. 

These facsimiles, which will find a home in the PIMS Library, are being donated in recognition of Dr. Alway’s outstanding service as Praeses of the Pontifical Institute (2008–2022) and his interest in establishing a PIMS chair dedicated to advancing understanding of the three Abrahamic religions in the medieval period.
