On 9 April, James Carley, Associate Fellow at PIMS, gave his inaugural lecture as Professor of the History of the Book at the University of Kent. His talk, “Lost or Stolen or Strayed': The Foundation Collection of Lambeth Palace Library and Its Vicissitudes,” enthralled a capacity audience at which Ann Hutchison, Academic Dean, and Maruja Jackman, member of the Institute's board of governors, were in proud attendance. Congratulations once again, James!
