In memoriam, PIMS
Professor John Munro, among the world’s leading authorities on late medieval and early modern monetary, financial, and industrial history, died on 23 December 2013.

At the annual meeting of the Fédération Internationale des Instituts d'Études Médiévales held at Porto in June, Greti Dinkova-Bruun, Institute Librarian, was elected vice-president.
